SO my extended congratulations to both nana and nazy for managing to retain the gold! ahhhh im excited beyond excitement! hahah. Was pretty much waiting for the results to be out for most of the day. Well when the results were out I was grinning from ear to ear. :)

Well u guys totally deserve the gold. Heck if there was a bigger achivement than winning this gold i bet u guys deserve it. All the sacrifices you both made and the time you guys spent in the gym is really commendable. Credit to you guys for not giving up and enduring the same routine for the last 1 year plus. There is soo much i want to say to congratulate both of you, so i guess i'll message u both personally :):) heh congrats aite both of you!! im so happy for u guys.
